Nick, thanks for the feedback. I like the clarity here as well. It makes sense that we will reach a plateau at some point and then it is time to change things up. I am planning on doing much of my running in the MAF zone until I stop progressing. I have got to a stage where I am running 6 miles at about 133 BPM at a pace of 11:24 which is a big improvement from where I was. All the best.
