My favorite Park for running.
OK on the 22nd may I will attend the Tilburg Five miles run.
I've registered, payed and I'm training.
I'm going for it and willblog my progression towards the run.
Still have to improve a lot. Running intervals of 16 mins total to strengthen my feet and had a week set-back because I overtraining a muscle in my right foot.
I have a mission now. If all goes well I'll enter the Tilburg ten miles in September.
Got further than just doing rounds in the park today and went outside town and in to the fields
19 degrees Celcius and a nice sun make a run even nicer
