Easy 7 miler today same as yesterday... sole conditioning is getting better and has pretty much caught up to to my fitness. Ran by feel and didn't do the nose breathing today...heart rate about 3 - 5 beats too high from ideal. Think I'm ready to start running everyday for awhile.
