Well I'm in my fourth week running , and I decided to go running at.0500 this morning before going to work. 4x2 5x1 intervals. The early bird catches the worm, but I do not like worms. I did enjoy my run and it really energised me.
Today I had a nice evening run. Using runzi as metronoom on 180 bpm. Almost getting in trance of the sound in combination with running at 189 bpm. Really feels good. Now massaging my legs to get them ready for tomorrow's run.
