Today we step into this blog to a debate that raised me today, which I'm still mulling over.
The debate began with a talk via twitter in which said if speaking of minimalist sneaker brands, we were falling into the same trap that had brought us cushioned footwear.
I passed the idea is that if you practice barefoot or minimalist, not to look out on the material, you just have to think about running, but I think this is not correct, because we do not run just to enjoy, we also run to compete.
I understand that the barefoot and minimalism is a bit back to the origins, but evolutionary, and that should not be a problem for us to use the shoes or the clothes that make us feel comfortable.
