2 Miles!

Did 2 miles sans shoes on Tues and not feeling the PF blues! Run/Walk @ about 30 minutes. Not setting records.

Thanks! Did it again without flaying as much skin off my feet this time.
 
Brad - great progress! Every time will build a little more strength and protection. I find it helpful to have a rest day every other day to allow the soles to heal and consolidate the gains I've made. I hit the pool or elliptical every other day to do that. You will find what works best for you with your own experience. Keep after it!
