Invisible shoes huaraches - final test
In my last post I mentioned, that I tried almost everythin with my huaraches except snow. We had very dry Winter this year, no snow in December, no snow in January. It looked like Spring will be early...but few days ago my wish came through. We received first shipment of white dust from the sky :) Well, 10 cm of fresh powder was enough, that I put on my Invisibles and head out for some...

Invisible shoes huraraches - testing
Three weeks passed since I started testing my Invisible shoes and I manage to put on seven runs, mainly around 10K each. Yes, I should probably run more, I know, but I enjoyed every run a lot and I'm quite satisfied with that. Even though there is no real winter here! Midday temperatures are sometimes close to 10 degrees C (50 F), unusual for this time of year. It sounds like March, it feels...

Testing homemade huaraches in halfmarathon
It was rainy Sunday morning and cold and wet pavement was the main reasons, that barefoot was out of the question. So what next? Great opportunity for testing my huaraches on the distance longer than 7k! Long story short: almost perftect! Didn't slip, didn't blister, didn't breakdown (material I mean:)). Solid two hours and one small soft spot on the left heel (taking some tiny stones with...
