I thought I would hate these shoes. They looked like normal trail clunkers out of the box. But they are actually pretty cool. Especially the lugged sole. Full review:

Great report! I love the football references as well. I've met the fridge in person at one of my former jobs when I lived in Illinois, and he is definitely a big guy. Definitely the shoe looks like... a real shoe and not minimal, so I am glad that looks are deceiving as you reported. I have lots of trails nearby, but not sure I want to hit them when it's a 105 outside, and not wanting to wait until sunset to go into the wilderness of Red Rock. Winter time. That's when I'd like to hit them around Noon-ish. Those shoes seem to be ideal. I will have to keep a reminder around to pick up a pair when the seasons start to change 'round here.

P.S. I wish we had Ochocinco on the Bears. Could make things more fun, and would take some of the spotlight away from Cutler, LOL.
