Ok, so I'm loving BFR. It's been great for my knees, which have not been happy since I got Osgood Schlatter's disease. (If you don't know, OS basically means my bones grew too fast during adolescence.) Ten or so years ago I took up unicycling more or less just because I'm a fan of doing odd things. I love unicycling, but it kills my knees. FYI- Unicycling is a bit different than normal biking in that you can't coast. Both legs are always engaged on the pedals, pushing both forward and backward. Do any of you bikers have any wisdom that might help, or is it time the uni's went on Craig's List?
