Surgical gloves are about 10 mil thick, which is 0.25 mm. Double gloves is about 0.5 mm.
This puts minshoes in perspective!
 
I sure miss the days of wet fingered dentistry. That's how we did it in school, and for ten years post- graduation.
Latex was bad enough, but vinyl really bites.
Oh well, there's no going back.
