...the way I "should" have done it in the first place. Been a barefoot/minimalist runner for the last 3 years. Had a couple of mental/emotional break-downs in the past year and the body followed suit - and all the imbalances that I had managed reasonably well, reared their ugly heads. Had to take about a 3 month break from ALL exercise, and am currently taking muscle relaxants at night so that I can get relief from muscle spasms and get some sleep. Today was my first hike in Skoras. Starting with hiking, to build up all the hundreds of little muscles in my feet and ankles -like I should have done the first time around. I purposefully walk over clumps of rocks and roots. No idea why I'm sideways. CAM00015.jpg

Your not alone Jen...I started over several times during my first 2 - 3 years of barefooting...eventually all the pieces will fall into place.:)
