Starting a 'Conversation'?

I cannot find the button to start a convo! Ive looked everywhere for it. Is it just me? lol

Do we have that ability? I know you can go and write on their profile page...

Maybe go to the inbox in upper right hand corner, and there is a tab that says start a conversation.

Are you sure, Rus? Ram has been PMing me just fine. Go to my avatar, click on it, and there's a link that says Start a Conversation. Or go to your Inbox and click on Start a New Conversation. Look one more time for me please. If it's still not showing up, then maybe you have been banned.
