We had a good turnout for the first year. 8 runners for the 5k multi-surface fun run event/clinic. We had a wonderful time sharing knowledge, swapping stories and enjoying food and drink after. Many of us were stopped along the course and asked information about what we were doing and why the barefeet....great promos!
Next year will be an awesome event. Already in the marketing stages with other local running organizations, stores and groups!!!
