I've got to say the Dash is my favorite minimalist shoe so far, and use mine (one in black and one in chocolate) for everything from casual wear, winter running, and to the office as business casual. I recommend getting it wide though, one of mine I got on sale and all they had was standard width and its just a smidgen tight across the toes. The wide one is perfect for me.
