Little help... My wifes job as a baker requires her to wear Approved slip resistant shoes. Any we can find are the complete opposite of minimalist. Does anyone know of any that will work?

How do they define "slip resistant"? Are they going to TEST them? Or, if she has some sort of shoe with a rubber sole, will they just assume that they are slip resistant?
I've worn VFFs, New Balance Minimus, and LEMS Primal 2s on ice and wet surfaces, and they all seem as slip resistant to me as any other shoe.

approved ones have slip resistant stamped on the sole and they do check. Thanks Sid i'm going to check them now.
