You have the Terms page linked to the check box in the online registration form. That needs to actually be the Registration page (under Pages) that is linked there, since it includes Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver.

I created a page titled Registration under Pages. It includes a combo of the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver. That's the page that needs to be added under the check box the member checks agreeing to our practices. Right now, you have it pointing to the Terms one or you copied it from the Terms one.
