Thank you TJ. For me it's the small weaknesses very close to home that I allow to keep me from reaching even the foothills of my ambition.
At least you recognize those weaknesses, and at least you recognize they are small.
Man colds are the worst disease of them all. (Or: the pain from a 5k run, even a slow one, is less bearable than the pain from a marathon.)

Pebbles were "in my shoes" trying to wear me down and tell me I couldn't climb mountains and train the way I trained, but I did. I climbed mountains. All five of them. For 100 miles. The pebbles were small. I overcame them. It was the boulder I put in front of myself that was the hardest to overcome, but I did that too. I will never put boulders in front of my goals again, and I will never again pay attention to the pebbles in my shoes.
