Mileage Reporting week ending 19 Jun

I ran a total of 4.75 miles BF. I have a PT test tomorrow so I was taking it easy. This week I am hoping to run 12+.

Good luck with the PT test! I wish I had been a runner back when I was doing PT tests, I was so young and stupid it was the only time I ran so I would barely pass and spend the next 2 weeks miserably sore.

Thanks! I ran 1.5 miles in 9:39. I was in shoes otherwise I wouldn't have been able to run that fast.



I notice we both posted weekly updates about 3 minutes apart from each other...haha...I must say yours are much better. I tend to be one who is quick and to the point.

Awesome job! I'm much faster barefoot if I'm on good ground, but 1.5 miles in 12 minutes would be screaming fast for me, LOL
