Mileage reporting 12th week 2014

Often even more the day after that. So many unused muscles show up. Was it your thighs? They do build strength pretty quickly.

Upper back, traps, pecs. Apparently I never raised my hands away from my body back then. :)
 
s-lots of sleeping and eating.
