Last night I reached a new BFR'ing distance of 4 miles. I'm working on my aerobic base training and so I was targetting a specific heart rate and varing my speed/form to maintain it the entire distance.
This puts me at 34 miles total since beginning just last month. I'm going to try to use surface/distance variance instead of BF/Minimalist now that my feet are holding up better to increases in distance. I'd like to get at least 6-8 more miles in this week with another 4 mile on paved bike trail surface and 2 miles on a nice stretch of sidewalk and possibly another 4 mile bike trail to top the week off before bumping my 4 mile run up a bit next week.
