I usually take 43.5 but Merrell is sizing quite small, so I would say that they are good for people with size 42.5/43 feet.
I only ran 4-5 times with them, they are in perfect shape. I am very happy of these shoes, I will buy the same model, but in 44/44.5.
I would expect 45-50€ (they are sold 115€). I can ship worldwide, at the buyer's expense.
