The 2nd Back 2 Barefoot race takes place in the quiet country village of Kilmaine, Co. Mayo, Ireland.
This is an officially measured, AAI approved road race. The course is fairly flat, so people looking to achieve a PB in a 10km event will have a great opportunity on this meandering, scenic, country course.
Entry fee includes chip timing, t-shirt and refreshments after the event.
Prizes for barefoot* and non-barefoot runners.
*Barefoot is classed as anyone running in Vibram Fivefingers or any other minimalist, zero drop shoe or who is actually running barefoot.
The race is being run in aid of the Jack and Jill foundation so you will be supporting a very worthwhile cause by taking part.
