How Coaching Services Are Set Up

Sharing how we handle the logistics of our coaching may be useful.

I prefer to use two methods that fit my nomadic lifestyle- one-time in-person coaching and monthly online coaching. The in-person coaching usually revolves around running form, whereas the monthly coaching is a more comprehensive plan to prepare a runner for a race (or reach some other goal).

What do the rest of you do?
 
I have a clinic where I do high speed video analysis that also has a fitness center in it. I offer all levels of coaching services through there. My services include corrective exercise training to correct gait issues, speed training, endurance training, etc. I also meet people on location for one-on-one or small group coaching. I also do online training and have had clients all over the world. I typically have them send me video from three angles of them running (I also take what I can get on this one) so I can see the form I'm working with. From there I make my recommendations and we develop a program to put them on the road to their goals.
