I'm 19 years old, been a shod runner since a year only and just recenly (almost 2 months ago) i transitioned to barefoot running .. so it means am still a newbie barefoot runner
soo far this week was the best for me .. i was able to put 37 km as a weekly milage by running 5 times a week .. I'm still trying to build up as slow as possible ... there is a 16.8 km race on october and i want to do it completely barefoot
