Dear Health & Fitness Professionals:

We hope this message finds you well!

Last week I shared a 3-Part blog series on GREAT TOE MOBILITY, the importance of understanding this complex joint, assessment techniques and programming.

With the increasing focus on the foot and ankle - and specifically the great toe - it is my goal to ensure that all health and fitness professionals are accurately and effectively assessing the great toe and integrating proper programming for limited hallux dorsiflexion.
