I was looking for excercises I can do in the office and at my desk. Mainly to help prevent TOFP and to keep the blood flowing when sitting on my ass.

Come on everyone post your knowlege!

Besides just getting up and

Besides just getting up and walking around every half hour or so, I do ankle rolls, sitting leg extensions, and sitting calf raises to keep blood flow to my legs. Maybe like 10 reps every couple hours or so.
 
If you can sneak your shoes

If you can sneak your shoes off for a bit you could bring a tennis ball or a golf ball and give yourself a nice foot massage while your sitting. Rolling your foot around on a ball with just a bit of pressure can help loosen up your feet a lot. If you don't think you could get away with taking your shoes off for a bit, I dunno, wiggle your toes? Haha, I guess it could do something.
