Anyway, I wanted to let you know that Canadian Running Magazine asked me a couple of months ago to write a weekly column on their internet site. I have also been asked to write for their paper magazine too. It's pretty amazing that a Print running magazine is recognising the growing band of barefoot and minimalist runners out there. It's a good sign for the whole community I think. I thought I would just post the recent article here, in case any of you were interested.
