New BF runner here, still getting the feel of things. No designs or racing or anything like that (yet).

I feel like I have been doing this consistently enough to start more of a formalized running plan. Tomorrow I intend on beginning the 5 k plan from Jason Rollibards book. I am looking forward to having days split into different types of runs (tempo, repeats, long run etc.)

Can't wait.
