Backwards Running

I have discovered, rather arbitrarily, the need to incorporate backwards running -on land- into my strength training routine. For whatever reason, all the weak muscles on my left side got a GREAT workout, just from the 1 minute of backward running I did yesterday. I have tried for years to do an adequate job of strengthening those muscles, and now know I wasn't even close! This is incredibly exciting to stumble upon!
