Anybody? I need your help with Facebook, Please? Just a question.

I created a calendar event on our main Facebook page. Am I doing something wrong with this event page? I would think that by the simple act of creating this calendar event on Facebook, it would automatically invite everyone who is a "fan" of the Barefoot Runners Society (all 6,762 of you), but when I look to the left, all I see is (42) Going (and we know that's not right), (4) Maybe, and (24) Invited. Where is everybody else? Thanks! -TJ

Okay, I went through all the BRS's "friend" lists and selected everyone, but that only gives me 556 of you. Why not the total 6,762+? Is the reason why because I have to pay to "promote" the event? Somebody? -TJ

Is there a difference between "friends" and "likes" you get for the page?

I guess so. It says our audience would be: People who like your Page and their friends. So it sounds like I should have to pay. But why did it allow me to send invites to 562ish without paying? So do I need to pay to send more invites to the rest of the "likes?"
