    T Rocket Yetis Running Sandals

A glorious introduction to Andrew Barnes' excellent T Rocket Yetis. I was lucky enough to win a pair during the summer, and, after a few exchanges with Andrew who impressed me with the care and attention he took in making sandals that would fit well, they have arrived. I've taken them out on a...

    Second Toe Issue

I've been running barefoot or in minimalist shoes for nearly 3 years now without any issues, but in the last couple of weeks the second toe on my right foot - normally a little curved - has bent over at the tip so that it rubs against the 3rd toe when I'm running, causing bleeding. I normally take an EU size...

Paleos Chain Mail Shoes: A Step Backwards?

Hi Hobbit, Here's what is said on the paleo website on the matter of thorns: http://portal.gost-barefoots.com/en/FAQ#Thorns_and_insect_bites_ I haven't experienced thorns with them, and definitely feel more protected with them than without.

Paleos Chain Mail Shoes: A Step Backwards?

Those of us who make the transition from shod to barefoot running are aware of various paradoxes that dog the whole business - the very notion of barefoot shoes is an obvious one, but, in my case, there was the conflict between embracing minimalism on the one hand, and having a garage full of...
