    Refused entry to bank. How do I get a letter from the state health dept?

    I don't have any issues with my Chase branch in Northern California. It's my companies bank and I always do the deposits while I'm out for a run. One time a new security guard told me I couldn't come in but I just grabbed the manager and she vouched for me and said it wasn't a problem.

    Hiked up to Clouds Rest in Yosemite a month and a half ago for this awesome view of Half Dome. Great little spot to relax for awhile :)

    I did it all barefoot and my son did it in Vibrams but ditched them after coming out of the lake. Great time and great weather to boot. Too bad we missed you guys. Maybe next year!

    I actually use one of those I actually use one of those rubber motivational wrist bands. I had several around the house and was able to find one that fits tight enough but not too tight.

    Not too bad.  Just under 21 Not too bad. Just under 21 minutes. The best part though was having my Mom (3 time cancer survivor) meet me at the finish line. First time she's seen me run since high school. Great inspiration Planning on doing Folsom's Run with Nature 5k & The Wild Way this...
