How Bad is My 10*F snow Frostbite?

Hey! I'm back running! I didn't find out much about lasting tissue damage, but will just be extra extra careful in the cold months. No signs of frostbite as of right now :) Unfortunately I lost all my photos, so what's here is all the documentation I have.

    1st BF injury - frostbite

Thanks @Tedlet ! They're still healing, but all seems to be going by well. I'll post a photo later. I made sure to stay warm and dry and clean. I had been playing with shoes on for a while (1.5 hours maybe?) but they were falling apart and hurting (ice was building up inside) so I took them off thinking...

    1st BF injury - frostbite

Thanks everyone! I will post pictures on the Ask a Doc forum. The blister more than doubled in size overnight and a large portion of my toe is still numb. A bit frightening, tbh. I'm very attached to all of my toes!

    1st BF injury - frostbite

Hey, I just had a similar thing happen. Played a couple points of Ultimate Frisbee in the snow around 10 degrees F and am trying to decide if I need to see a doctor. I have gained some but not all feeling back in my toes, have large blisters and slight swelling (although that could be from a...
