    I think I'm the first one on here to recommend the Hemp Foot Protector :) I have another proprietary method... when I come in from a run my little pekingese comes over and licks my feet, and then i rub her fur with my feet... does wonders for them, even better than making fists in the carpet :)

    I can't believe you actually took a picture of your foot for comparison, way more forethought than I give this stuff :) I've noticed the same effect however, my big toe has an even wider spread although I can't prove it :p

    Its OK TJ, I'm fine, once I realized what it was I felt so good I went out and ran 5 miles today, practically froze my poor hands off the first couple miles but its always great to have dry sidewalks :)

    Last winter I resorted to running on a treadmill in the gym some, but I seriously HATE doing so, there's some pricey gym not too far off with an indoor running track, that seems like the better idea.
