    I wear my Soft Star shoes or I wear my Soft Star shoes or my VFFs pretty much everywhere now. I don't often find my feet feeling uncomfortable, but it's yet to reach Michigan's coldest, so not too sure I'll be keeping to this through the winter :/

    I've scaled it back. I did I've scaled it back. I did just over a mile today. My left calf is consistently more sore than my right, while my right inner thighs tend to be more sore than the left. I'm taking a break for a couple days and then I'll go back at it!
