    I do it all the time, Bars, Restaurants - whatever. So far no real problems, just once in a hotel restaurant in Viennal, Austria they wanted me to put something on my feet (huaraches did it). Didn't fight at that time - i was a barefoot newbie. Nowadays i'd have an argument.

    My little toe is swollen for more than 6 weeks now after having hit something, haven't had taken an x-ray yet. Apparently those little ones can be swollen for quite a while.

    Finished the last 7k of my wednesday Trail Run in the dark (with headlight), definetly slower and requiring lot of concentration to avoid large roots, stones etc.

    Hmm, in case of evacuation all the usual documentation tells you that you should take off your shoes when leaving the airplane.

    Had a discussion last year when boarding Air Berlin from Vienna to Berlin, Captain would not let me onto the plane without shoes. Showed him my VFFs in the backback, that was enough. Didn't put them on though. Funny enough same airline three days before no problems without shoes. Same issue...

    For me it was 74.4 km all For me it was 74.4 km all minshoed (Hattori AW), average run temperature -10degC (yuck). For everyday life still barefoot and at -14degC just a couple minutes ago even 500meters are _different_. Can we have spring please? Jörn
