    A heads up to anyone in the western MA area looking for a weekday run/race: Every Tuesday night starting tonight, there will be a 5K in Northampton MA (not quite sure of all the details though), fee is only $4. Im going to try to do as many of them as i can. Hope to see some others out there...

    Thanks! I was in the Thanks! I was in the Westfield Boys & Girls Club 5k/half. It was somewhat rough on some of the streets (neglected back roads), but no bruises! I surprised myself since the last 12 mile run i did i ran 10min miles! For me it makes a HUGE dif running with others!
