    Good PR for barefoot running!

I ran a 5K summit run on Sunday and there were two female barefoot runners there. One of them came in first in the Women 30-39 category and the other not only came in first in the 20-29 age group but was also the first woman over the finish line! It was a great day!

It was almost 90 degrees today at 4 pm when I ran. Is there a summer challenge yet? I hate to be burning my feet without a cause!

    Mt. Greylock, MA race

I ran the Mt. Greylock 8 mile climb to the top today. We had great weather. The first mile was pretty bad pavement and I had to wear my huaraches but then they came off and I had a great run to the top. I took 7 minutes off my time from 3 years ago when I had run it shod. 1 hr. 25 minutes. My...

Amazing changes to my feet from BFR

Thought I'd share a photo of my feet after 2+ years of barefoot running. It is hard to find shoes that fit now though.
