Name suggestions wanted for "Pedcast" contest

We are considering doing some podcasts on the site now and again. Nyal, Sara, Kate, and maybe me (probably not or maybe just sometimes) will be on the discussion panel, and we'd like to invite some well-known members of the community and some not-so well-known BRS members to join us as guests. I know we have some real characters out there we'd like to get to know in a more personal way. We also plan to discuss different topics in barefoot and minimalist running and a bunch of other stuff.

We know you all are a really clever bunch, so we would like your help in coming up with some cool names for the BRS's podcast. We will then have a contest to determine the winning name. Let's let this first phase run for just a few days, then we'll let the contest run for a week.

So, whatcha got?!

I thought of Footcast too, but then I realized that didn't sound quite right...if you think about it.

We may end the name with Pedcast, but the "name" doesn't have to be just one word, and it doesn't have to include the word cast in it.

I'm liking the other two, Rus. Thanks!

I'd suggest a name including some keywords people would search for, like barefoot, minimal, running, etc. Also it should probably be apparent by the name that it is a product of BRS. Something simple like Barefoot Runners Society Radio, Musings of The Barefoot Runners Society, or Rambling with the Barefoot Runners Society.

I like these personally. I really like the Rambing with the BRS. I do think if your doing podcasts that the name should at least refer to the BRS in someway. Name identification. I have nothing new to add though for names.

I think it's important to have something reasonably descriptive, which will help browsers work out what it's about. Here are my picks:

  2. Talking Feet
  3. Run Free Radio
  4. Barefoot Runners' Barefoot Radio
