I didn't realize that tennis, soccer, and other sports actually use zero drop type shoes? Is that really correct? Anyhow I like that article. Too bad they don't take it the next step to barefoot but at least guiding in the right direction and calling out the ridiculousness of some of these feature-packed running shoes that do nothing but make it more awkward to run in.

I played soccer for 8 years before transitioning to running, (Kinda like the guy in the article) and I think that is one of the reasons my form is so good. All soccer cleats are zero drop. (some have more cushioning than others though)
