Mileage reporting 37th week of 2015

I was a few hours behind you, Chris; maybe. I got up and out. Shortly after sunrise in Oakland and went on a two hour barefoot run. No land speed records here but I got in a little over nine (9.08) miles which is an all-time high for me. I had to make a pitstop at one point. But my legs are feeling okay so far today. A little stiffness in my feet and ankles. Tomorrow morning will be a better indicator of how well my conditioning is going.

I haven't reported on my runs over the past week and a half so I will leave that for my post-Labor Day to-do list.

Tuesday 5 mile run at 5:00am
Today 5 mile run at 4:30 am 75 deg. f. 89%rh.
I saw another cool moon and I think I spotted Venus (very cool).

12 miles Monday went really well. I started out at a very comfortable 10 mm pace, then snapped out the last mile in 8:34, but kept it light on the feet I thought.
Swim and bike Tuesday
6 mile run Wednesday, then 20 minute swim later
Spin bike only on Thursday
Friday, 8.3 miles very relaxed because one knee and my right ankle are acting a touch weird. The knee has been a bit odd off and on since the uphill hiking a couple weeks ago. I have no idea what is up with the ankle, which just felt tender today, so I might take it easy tomorrow. I'll see how I feel in the morning, because I really was looking forward to a short run before canning applesauce for a few hours.

Went for a 6 mile run this morning on the bike trails then switched to running some of the streets in town for some added sole conditioning.
Had great time as the temps were in the mid 50's.
Sure saw a ton of squirrels that appeared to be busy collecting acorns for the winter. Something tells me it may be an early winter this year.
While I didn't see any, the blue jays were sure squawking in town which reminds me of fall for some reason.
