NOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNN !!!! ça y est les USA m'ont doublé !! translate : noooo !!! there it is ... the US overtook me
congratulation to Mokaman for this beautifull 20,1 Km but it's only the second day...
We have tried a few different formats now and some do seem to work better than others.
Perhaps the monthly competition could be an all-singing-all-dancing-egg running-all-encompassing spreadsheet.
Please post your preference below and Gueng and I will see what we can come up with

Maybe I could keep up with them if I ran in a rather flat area. But Marburg is a mountain city built on two steep hills, so especially the downhill parts provide quite some stress to my soles and to other parts of my locomotor system. I found that ~60 km per week are my limit under these conditions.yep really hard to follow DNEchris and Christian L !! I tried but... impossible, to run every day (and more) as they do!...
Mostly I'm only running to and from work It's much more enjoyable than taking the subway!Maybe I could keep up with them if I ran in a rather flat area. Yes, please feel free to register every barefoot run, walk or hike of at least one mile.Do hikes/walks still count in this? Is there a minimum distance per activity? I forget the rules between different competitions
