I've had a lot of distractions in my life recently, some practical, some medical. Somewhere in the chaos i've taken my eye off the ball.
Funny how this stuff blind sides you, before you know it old habits start creeping in, excuses are made and your goals aren't realised.
I'm sure this happens to everyone at some point, so my question is 'what would be your advice on staying focused, breaking through a slump and realising your full potential as a runner'?
