Looks a bit purply and hurts to stand on. Went for my second barefoot run. Just 3 km. May have been a stone? May have a small blister on it. Am I right do you thin.?

A tiny bruise-don't panic:nailbiting:

I was running in the dark. Are there any tips for running in the dark?

Night vision goggles.
See up to 50 feet in complete darkness! Uses IR technology for binocular night vision. Eye Width adjustment and Focus adjustment dials. Two displays: regular (shows up color in light and b/w in darkness) and green-tinted. Short and long range selector switch (long range adds a ring of barely noticeable red led light to enhance range). Fits over many small frame glasses. Neckstrap to keep close at hand (approx 13″ long).

Lol! I don't wanna spend my runs looking down.

If you're gonna run in bare feet you're gonna have to look on the ground ahead Hula

It's like riding a motorcycle - you continually scan zones at different distances (2, 4 and 12 seconds) in front of you so you can recognize and avoid anything you don't want to run into (or step on in this case). It takes a little practice, but after a while it'll become second nature to be looking well ahead of you (and around you) but still scanning closer distances for smaller obstacles like sticks and rocks.
