Two day backpack around Three Fingered Jack (Central Oregon).
23 miles total (7 barefoot, 13 in huaraches, 3 in VFFs).
Gorgeous weather, had a great time , apart from two stubbed toes feet stayed in one piece.

Pretty sure I backpacked there when I was growing up, because I think we hit every place in Oregon at least once. As soon as my youngest sibling was big enough to walk a few miles, my dad had the whole family out a few times a summer. I was the oldest and I remember him weighing my pack to make sure he didn't make me carry too much, but it sure always felt good to take it off when we got to our destinations!
