Mileage reporting 28th week of 2014

Finished the week yesterday with a nice and easy 18.5km/11.5mi. It was fairly slow (about 2hrs) but my goal was keep HR below 80%, which I managed nicely.

While my feet may not be ready for that, I feel that at this HR I can run for hours, which is nice ! Keep building the distance !
 
10.14 miles today, skin-to-ground...feet felt good, but my legs have felt like they were made of lead all week since that monster (for me) speed training day...that REALLY took it out of me for the week lol

I took it nice slow and easy today, could have carried a conversation the whole time with nary a huff or a puff.

Felt good, but my legs felt sooo heavy...had fun anyway :)

Was an absolutely gorgeous Southern California day...with a great sunset to boot.
