As temperatures reach 30°C with a humidex of near 40°C, I was wondering how you were handling running in the summer heat? In the heat, I typically run trails or avoid afternoon runs. I have a road event (42k) coming up and am concerned about how my feet will hold up to the hot asphalt. Does anyone have suggestions?
