I am sure this probably belongs in another category but I was very excited to sign up for this race in Nashville until I discovered that this race specifically states:

How disappointing! I emailed them stating how many people choose to run barefoot and to please re-consider. Maybe it will make a difference, I dunno.
What you need :
- Picture ID - it's hard to tell who's under that beard !
- Copy of your registration reciept
- Cash - parking , food and beverage, and ultra cool Duck Dash gear
- Shoes - I know we said "Redneck", but it's still a proffessional race !
- Fun loving attitude and crazy bearded swagger
