Well, they look good. But they are not even close to vibrams. I have 2cinch ninja model, it's about ½ centimeter less wide than VFF kmdsport.. Also a bit thicker and a lot stiffer than vffs. I have not tried them yet for running since I got some major illness (some sort of inflammation, needed to take cipro and other antibiotics that caused some bad and painful stuff) just after I ordered them. It will take probably a month before I can test them in action.

Let us know what you think of them after you are better. Get well soon!

I haven't posted in over a year but I'm back in the market for shoes, so I figure I'd chip in my two cents.

I just bought a pair of the TerraTECH shoes, and I'm not very happy with them. I just went for a run in them, and they are runnable (unlike the last two pairs of zems I've purchased, a pair of Terra and a round toe 360, both of which were slightly too large), but they felt pretty clunky, and they also look pretty clunky and boxy. The ground feel is not that great. I do know from experience with my Terra's that the sole gets a lot more flexible with wear, but I'm just not a big fan of the shape of the shoe. I have pretty narrow feet and the shoes are wide and boxy (good for some of you with wide feet, but not for me). They were also not very comfortable to wear just sitting around, and I only had them on for about an hour after I got them out of the box. (Maybe they'd get better after I broke them in? I don't know.) My gut instinct right now is to return them, but I think I'll wait until the end of the week before I decide.

I definitely prefer the thinner sole that the 360's have (I believe the 365 and the Cinch shoes have the same sole, but I could be wrong) for running, but that sole will not make it through a whole year without getting holes, especially if you walk around in them. The Terra sole is definitely more suited for long term wear, but it does take away a lot of that ground feel. I'm not sure how the regular Terra's are for running if they fit properly because mine are too big to run in. (My first pair of 360 Ninja's were size 13 and they fit perfectly, but the 360 round toe and Terra that I bought later, all size 13, were too big and would flop around. I went down to a size 12 for the TerraTECH's, but that felt a little small. Their sizing seems to be a little hit or miss.) However I am happy with them as my every day walking shoes.

I'm sort of interested in the 365's, but the whole stretchy lace thing on these TerraTECHs doesn't seem like it will work for me, so I don't know if I'll buy them. I might have to start branching out to different brands to find something more durable. Also I'm feeling a desire to have something a little more fashionable. Maybe I should pick up another pair of 360's for running and look into vivobarefoot or something for every day wear.
