Tripped on a Trail!

To your health!

That's why "hazzard" is in your name. ;)

When I trip and fall down on the trail, I pose as a hurdle for nearby runners! Last time, I convinced three people to jump over me!

Everybody does it once in a while.

It's not the tripping that hurts so much as it is the hard landing.

Carry on and keep lifting those toes!

I dunno about that, I sprained two different toes on two different occasions, and I am almost positive that one was on the way down TO the ground. What I'm really afraid of is falling onto a root or a rock with my hip! Or tailbone! THAT is EXACTLY why I will not do morning races in the winter. The last winter race I did, I slipped and fell right on my butt - and was just lucky that I did not smash my tailbone. My husband, slipped on an icy bridge and hit his chin...ugh. NEVER again!
